Construction vehicles blocking bike lanes on Pratt
601 E Pratt St, Baltimore, MD
Several vehicles have been parked in the bike lanes on Pratt St at the old ESPN Zone for the last week during morning rush hour, completely blocking them. Caution tape was strung across the lanes as well. The white pickup truck has the name Capitol Demolition on the side.

This BMW repeatedly and blatenly parks hanging into the bike lane on Wyman Park Dr near Keswick/Sisson.

In the bike lane that runs parallel to Light St, connecting the Inner Harbor to Federal Hill.
This gentlemen insisted it is his right to park in the lane by virtue of working for the towing company.

W. Lanvale Street bike lane has been a great addition, unfortunately the bluecab company has not. Ever since they moved in the number of cabs in their "lot" seems to grow day by day. Total disregard for lanes and bikers on the roads.

Same spot as always. I called him in to 311, but I didn't stick around to see if an officer actually responded. (In fact, I rode away and then thought I should call it in, so I did from a few blocks away.) The taxi was mostly in the car lane, so I don't really have a problem with him.

A van from Harbor Magic Hotels. The driver claimed he was new, but he still stopped and dropped off his passengers. I stood my ground and made him back out the way he came in. :-D

'Parked' City Truck straddling the bike lane. The driver was painting over some graffiti in Mince Alley, which was on a private building (why is the city paying for something the building owner should handle anyway?).

Truck parked across the Central Avenue Bike Lane near Eastern Avenue, at the edge of Mince Alley. Remarkably, this driver managed to block the lane perpendicular to the flow of traffic. The sedan next to the truck is arguably in the bike lane as well, but only just.
